She has never been the baby - since she could walk she has been the self-declared "Assistant Mom" around here. Isn't she lovely?

Yes. When I first met the whole Bates Family, she was teeny tiny and I thought that she was the cutest thing ever. She is still and kind and bright and helpful too. But I can't believe that she will soon be 12 and entering young womens. How did that happen?!
What a beautiful girl that looks like her mama! Good looks definitely run in the family. I am so proud of her amazing volleyball skills. I just wish I was closer to watch her smash that ball over the net. Hollister is huge here in Utah too. If you are a teenager in Hollister or Aeropostal, you are definitely "hip". Every girl in the Senior class I subbed for yesterday had on one of those two brands.
Kari, I want to come visit right now. I miss you and wish I lived closer. Your children are growing up so fast and they are gorgeous. I would love some photo tips besides. You are awesome. I love what you have posted.

Kristin - I seriously DON'T KNOW how that happens. In my mind I swear I am still 20. Maybe 21. And I swear you guys just got married a few months ago.
The Hollister jacket is a hand-me-down. I have to laugh because she calls it her holly-ester (it rhymes with polyester) jacket. We are so not hip :)
Come visit us Teri! Or we need to come visit you - it looks so beautiful there! My best photo tip is to take Wendy's class. She really is an amazing teacher.
